Returns & Refund Policy
Products: We're sorry you didn't love your new products! We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date, when the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days of inspection. (Please note that Julep does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and is not responsible for returned shipping costs.)
Subscription Box: Unfortunately we don't accept returns right now but we will try to work on return policy for subscription box in the future!
After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for discounted Welcome/Introductory/Trial subscription beauty boxes. We do not refund original shipping fees on any order. Purchases made as part of a Special Promotion are not eligible for return. In all promotional cases, return eligibility is stated in the fine print of the original promotional email.
