RETURNS & REFUNDS

We're sorry you didn't love your new products!
Please contact us at support@cosmehunt.com with your order number and the products you want to return for a refund. We will do our best to assist you.

We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date, when the products are unused, in the condition that they arrived in, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected by our team. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days of inspection.
(Please note that Cosmehunt does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and is not responsible for returned shipping costs.)


Policy Exclusions

After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for discounted Welcome/Introductory/ Trial subscription beauty boxes. We do not refund original shipping fees on any order. Purchases made as part of a Special Promotion are not eligible for return.
In all promotional cases, return eligibility is stated in the fine print of the original promotional email.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at support@cosmehunt.com as soon as possible with your request. If the order has been processed, we cannot ensure that changes or cancellation of the order can be made.



How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been processed, you will receive an email stating the confirmation of your order. An additional email will be sent out to you once your item has been shipped and that will include a tracking number for your package.

We attempt our best to and provide accurate descriptions and photos of the products being sold. However, we cannot warrant that all descriptions and photos are completely accurate, reliant, current, and/or error-free. In addition to an event of misaligned pricing, description, and products with Cosmehunt and our third party supplier, we reserve the right to limit or refuse/cancel any order that is placed.
